You will need a cable to connect it to the internet first. Second option is to reset the system to factory defaults and then reinstall Windows 10 (it may restore to the operating system it came with). We need an ethernet cable.

Connect one end to the ethernet port on the laptop and the other end to your wireless routers ethernet port (do not disconnect anything from the router) just plug it in into the available port. Then, check the router to see if light is blinking on that specific port, then try to login using the new password ***** setup.

No, that won't work. I have run out of ideas unless you want to restore it back to factory defaults; but then Windows 10 option may not be available. I will open the question to other experts to see if they have any ideas different then mine, when an expert responds you will be notified by e-mail.

If the password ***** is still there, please disconnect the Windows 10 computer from the network (Internet) and then type every password ***** have used for your account.
It looks like the computer hasn't probably synchronized the changed, so that is why your new password ***** working.
