Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Unfortunately when you pushed that button in it overrides the code, so you'll need the key to proceed at this point.

You can order a new set of keys for your safe, and sentry will mail them to you.

To do so requires filling out a form with information such as the serial number (this is easier if you registered the warranty previously), and having the form notarized to certify your ownership of the safe. You may get that form here: https://www.sentrysafe.com/Content/pdfs/NotaryForm.pdf

You can mail that in, or fax/email and pay the key fees online at http://t www.sentrysafe.com/customer care/lost_your_combination

Best regards,

Nathan
