You can order a new set of keys for your safe, and sentry will mail them to you.
To do so requires filling out a form with information such as the serial number (this is easier if you registered the warranty previously), and having the form notarized to certify your ownership of the safe. You may get that form here: https://www.sentrysafe.com/Content/pdfs/NotaryForm.pdf
