How to scan and remove all malware periodically from my

Customer Question

How to scan and remove all malware periodically from my computer without having to pay a fee every month or so. I am elderly and with very limited income, but my computer seems to constantly load up with something that prevents it from working easily and smoothly, and then someone pops up and wants a large fee to clean it out. This has just about destroyed the utility of my computer, and if I could get along without it today, I probably would do that. Many people are getting disgusted with the constant expense and lack of efficiency of their computers. Do you have an answer that solves the proble until the whole system of the internet is re-made without the crap?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer websites / windows.
  2. Go to Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

If needed, please download and install the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program at the website below, and use it to scan your computer:
