Hi, and thank you for asking your question. Are you currently able to access your Google/Gmail account itself, or are you locked out? Please reply back to me below. Thank you.

I have a p/word. I don't think you get what I am asking. I opened an acct in June with a company. I used a p/word then, thatbi am not using now, because Google changed it. Now, I wntbto go back tobthatvacct, butbit won't let me in with mybnee p/word. I cannot change my email address, as the system already has that. What can I do? This involves funds.

I see, all right. It looks like like you have been inadvertently signed in to another Google/Gmail account itself. May I set up a quick remote session, which will allow me to connect directly to your screen and check the issue here? Please reply back to me below. Thank you.

This is being done done on my phone, not a computer, which has crashed. If you can set up a direct connection, fine.

I see, all right. Are you accessing the Google/Gmail account using the phone's browser itself? If so, please go to www.gmail.com - does it take you to a different account this time? Keep me posted. Thank you.
