I have a book written in word perfect but my printer can not

Customer Question

I have a book written in word perfect but my printer can not convert it to their printing format unless it is in Word. I can open the pages and save them in Word, but when I try to edit them, all the words are covered in grey lines. I can edit the documents but they remain with grey lines. How do I remove them?
