what type of phone is the new one ? you can port your old number to the new one in most cases BUT you have to still own it. If you cancelled the old number already you cant port it. you have to contact the new company and give them the old number that you want ported and usually your password ***** deal with support or the website for the old company that you have the old phone number with. If you tell me what the new phone company is i might be able to give you a contact number or webpage where you can put in to do the port.
