This may happen due to faulting software settings and/or updates. One quick way to fix this is to restore your computer's configuration to a time when there was no problem with Outlook loading the profile.

- Choose to Restore to an earlier time > Click Next.
- Choose a date at least one week before you started experiencing your problem.

I don't have a restore point that goes back that far. Oddly enough, as soon as I closed the restore window, outlook opened right up. Let me see if I can repeat this issue.

It just froze, I ended its process and now it is frozen at t.he loading profile again
