I have a system back up made last month Onekey recovery

Customer Question

I have a system back up made last month for my Onekey recovery for my Ideapad 580 prior to HDD failure. I have installed new HDD & set to factory default via OKR. I have updated the Onekey recovery to Ver 7.0.0.3212 for Win 7 64 bit. The OKR program still says my backup.wsi file is not valid. The wsi file will make a recovery of about 309 GB.
Please help.

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question! Can you give me the exact error message you are getting from OKR about the .wsi file being invalid?
