Can you please help me with my issue?
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.
Hi! Are you getting the "Computer could not be authorized" message? If yes, which steps did you try already?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes, I have tried the suggestions that were sent with Rhapsody, but I can't get anything to work. I saw some suggestions on here and I couldn't get those to work either, such as right clicking on rhapsody icon and open with administrator.

I can't update my windows thing because its grayed out.

Did you download the ResetDRM tool?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am not sure how to do that?
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.
Click here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkId=105000 The download will start automatically. RIGHT CLICK on the downloaded file and run as Administrator and it will run the program to delete the previous DRM. After it runs, try using Rhapsody again
