The problem started a month ago, I have used Eudora for the past ten years sending and receiving mail?
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
Thanks for the information, could you address my other questions too so I get a better idea of the problem?
Thank you

Do not want live phone call, cancel my subscription, not happy with your program, thank you.
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
That's okay, live phone call is only one of the options offered to you.
What aren't you happy about?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Been out o f circulation for a few days. Eudora says "there has been an error transferring your mail, and the POP server [email protected] Verizon net said ERR (AUTH") authentication failed.I try to check for incoming mail, nothing happens.
Old incoming mail is still readible.

Have you tried a system restore?
Press WindowsKey+R type rstrui and hit Enter
(WindowsKey can be found on the bottom left of the keyboard between Ctrl and Alt and usually has a flag-like icon on it)
Go next and see if you can choose one of the oldest Restore points, or select a date where you are sure Eudora was working properly.
Go Next and let the system restore run.
Let me know when you've completed the restore.
