Does not show an email address
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
Ok, well to reset the password ***** will have to undergo a series of steps, which may or may not be complex depending on your computer skill level.
Here's what you will need to do, from your co-worker's computer. You will also need a blank CD.
Click on the following link to get HBCD (Hiren's Boot CD):
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
Scroll down and click where it says Hirens.BootCD.15.2.zip to download the file.
You need to burn it on to a CD which will then allow you to use it as a boot disk.
Once you've made the CD, you need to boot from it and boot into the MiniXP environment.
From there you will have the option to do all sorts of things, one of them being a password ***** of any account on the system.
Here's a video showing you how to reset the Windows password:

Once the password ***** been reset, you simply restart, remove the CD, and login with the newly created password.

Can I use a flash drive
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yeah I can't do this. I'll just wait for my IT guy
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
You will need a CD for this as doing it with a flash drive can be quite a bit more complex and it doesn't work on all computers like a CD does.
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
If you have a blank disk, I can connect to your computer and do it for you remotely.
Would you prefer that?
I'm sure your IT guy can also get it working in a few minutes!
