Good Morning, I have been on the phone for over 30 min with two different techs trying to find out why my e-mails are not being received either from replying to an e-mail or sending a new e-mail. At the end of the day when I am shutting down my computer, I get a box stating that I have unsent e-mails and do I want to send them now. My computer is very slow to boot up as well. I hope you can help. Thank you.

I use Google for browsing the web. I do very little on-line shopping. I mainly use my computer for e-mailing friends and some Facebook friends.
