I did load pics once before but forgot how to do it. I did use the one port on the front of the computer.

are you saying there is one at the front and one and back , at the moment it dosent see so id check the cable connects and swicth ports

Are you there? Yes one front and one in back. However the one in back will not accept usb. Connections are good. So we only have one port to work with. I did this before with help from a tech on the phone but can't duplicate because he is not available today.
