most of the companies selling stuff like this are scam artists. The "money back" guarantee often means paying shipping and handling charges that cost as much as the product did.
If you get no satisfaction from the company or cant find them
call the number on the back of the credit card and tell them that you are disputing the charges. They will put the money back in your account and probably issue you a new credit card number so that the company wont try to charge you for another shipment next month.
