just looking for info on how to 'cconnect' bt speaker to pc... its paiired - but won't connect!

Try this please, pair the bluetooth speaker, then Right click on the sound icon on the task bar to Select the bluetooth as the playback device
Right click on your bluetooth device
Select connect

it also shows "disconnected" - dbl clicked - selected properties and it reads 'this device is working properly".

Sorry for late response. I am at work and not near the pc. NO it has not been resolved. :-( I won't get a chance to get to PC until after 9 pm CST today and tomorrow night :-(.

Its an ACER combo type, netbook type - (can disconnect and use as a tablet). I forgot the model number.

If there are some additional 'steps' that I can try - pls send or I can attempt to contact after 9pm.

Dear madam, all we have to do is to find proper driver for bluetooth. For that laptop model is required. You may follow below procedure and share system model number

Click Start > type dxdiag press enter key

This opens DirectX diagnostic tool tool

Under system info you can find system Model

please share system model
