Can't find Internet Explorer

Click on Start, then click on All programs, do you see Internet Explorer?
Click on Start, then click on Run..., then type iexplore then click OK, then does Internet Explorer open?

Start and run it comes up but with an old dialup connection not my hughsnetservice

You have DSL internet service right?
- Cancel / close it, close internet explorer
, then click on Start, control panel, internet options
, then click on Connections tab at the top
, then select the option "Never dial a connection"
, then click on Apply at the bottom
, then click on the button "LAN settings"
, then make sure all the boxes are unchecked
, then click OK, OK
, then open Internet Explorer again and check if internet works in Internet Explorer.

You have DSL internet service right?
Please try this: click Start->All programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred
, then check both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explore as needed.

I'm sorry. Please go to Start->Control Panel->User Accounts->Manage another account, and create a new account, and select the Administrator option when prompted, then restart the computer, then log in the new account, and see if Mozilla Firefox and/or Internet Explorer works fine in the new account.
