Approximately two weeks ago. I usually do a lesson in the morning, but have not been able to for essentially two weeks. One day I was able to access the program in those two weeks.
What is the status of the situation please? Have you ran the restore yet by chance? By the way I highly advise not downloading that software it is not safe. Also do you by chance have any of the disks from rosetta stone a repair install can sometimes correct the problem.
I ran the restore and it seems to have worked. I was able to access the Rosetta Stone software. I do have all the discs from the Rosetta Stone
Great!!! I am glad that worked. Keep in mind if it happens again you can also reinstall to repair the program but only if it happens again.
