I have been trying to install a program and I keep getting an error message (1500) that tells me I have another program installing and I need to complete that before I can install current program. I don't know what that program might be or how to tell.

Thank you. I had to leave the house. The program seems to be working now. Sorry. I just got another message saying that cabinet file data 1 cab is corrupt
