I have Packard Bell U71. Its recently started being funny

Resolved Question:

I have Packard Bell U71.
It's recently started being funny at touchscreen functionality.
Without me touching the mouse, pointer is moving all around and selecting programs or ending running programs. I tried to update the screen driver, but no luck.
How can I disable/turn-off the touch screen functionality?

  • Click "Touch" tab no top

  • Disable checkbox for "User your finger as an input device"

I selected Start but cannot find Search

when you press start, there must be a SEARCH BAR at bottom (you will not see a SEARCH text somewhere)

when you click your start button, at bottom do you see a small textbox?

I did all. I now may have to wait for some time to see if it work at all. I also, may have to re boot and check if all works fine.
