Customer:

question..if I go in my own hotmail....I see my past chats on the right coulomn

Kamil Anwar :

Do you want to clear the chats from within the Hotmail account?

Kamil Anwar :

No one will be able to access them unless they have a password, anyway.

Customer:

I just want to be sure...that they are not accessible

Customer:

you know...if somebody else in the company uses the pc

Kamil Anwar :

If anyone using this PC can log in to your hotmail.com email, then they will be able to see.

Kamil Anwar :

But for that, they need a password.

Customer:

I heard that...the chronology is saved on the pc...with an easily accessible file

Kamil Anwar :

Do you share your hotmail password XXXXX anyone?

Customer:

noooo

Customer:

so...if I understand right...it is all stored in the cloud

Customer:

but not in the pc

Kamil Anwar :

That's correct. It is stored at the Microsoft Data Center where along with billions of other hotmail accounts.

Kamil Anwar :

We cleared all traces from the PC

Customer:

great..

Kamil Anwar :

Just be sure to logout from your hotmail account when you let anyone else use the PC

Customer:

of course...

Customer:

the past emails...only the police ould be able to access...right?

Customer:

asking permission to microsoft

Kamil Anwar :

That's correct, they will need to seek permission from all the concerning authorities.

Customer:

ok...

Customer:

very good...

Customer:

so now...nobody can tell where I was in internet and what I spoke about

Customer:

neither I nor the other people

Kamil Anwar :

That's correct. No body will know what you did in your hotmail account.

Kamil Anwar :

Just be sure that no one has your password.

Customer:

very good

Customer:

now one question

Customer:

38 usd are fine...

Kamil Anwar :

And when you give the office pc to anyone, make sure you logout from your hotmail account.

Customer:

but I will not be debited on a monthly basis...correct?

Kamil Anwar :

That's correct.

Customer:

is one fee...only for this consultancy

Kamil Anwar :

That's correct.

Customer:

very good....and very helpful

Kamil Anwar :

It's only one off fee, for this consultancy/question.

Customer:

generally speaking...with this process I always clean the pc...right?

Customer:

also as concerns credit cards, bank codes etc

Kamil Anwar :

You can always clean the PC with this process, but still you have limited access on the PC so i would not recommend doing anything on this PC which would later become a concern for you.

Kamil Anwar :

However, because most of the stuff is online and requires a password XXXXX are personal to you, no body will be able to see what that is unless they have a password.

Customer:

good to know...but what are the risks?

Kamil Anwar :

I do not see any risk, cause all those services (login to bank account, using credit card, requires password XXXXX details) that only you have.

Kamil Anwar :

In one way, it is a secure PC because it is limited.

Customer:

ok...very good...

Customer:

anyway I will follow your advice!

Customer:

tahnk you!

Customer:

secure because limited...what does it mean?

Kamil Anwar :

That means, there is nothing much any body can do with this PC. It's protected from external threats/viruses.

Kamil Anwar :

The administrator has restricted access.

Kamil Anwar :

Internally, you have your password XXXXX login and as long as password XXXXX known to you only, you are secure.

Customer:

ok...very good

Kamil Anwar :

Passwords*

Customer:

of course...great!

Customer:

tahnks!

Customer:

thanks

Kamil Anwar :

You're Welcome. Please remember to rate my answer :)

Customer:

yes...one last detail

Kamil Anwar :

Sure..

Customer:

the program you suggested and I could not install...

Customer:

would it have better solved the problem?

Kamil Anwar :

No, you only use IE for which things have been deleted the other way.

Kamil Anwar :

Secondly, i did not knew the chats were inside the hotmail account, so makes no difference.

Customer:

yes...you know..they told me that a file remains stored on the pc

Customer:

and everybody can access it

Customer:

and I was concerned

Kamil Anwar :

That is a cookie file but it doesn't lets anyone access your Hotmail.

Customer:

ok...

Kamil Anwar :

You always have to make sure that you sign out when you leave the PC

Customer:

I always browse in private and sign out

Customer:

then delete chronology

Customer:

is it safe enough?

Kamil Anwar :

Signing out and not sharing password, is safe :)

Customer:

good...thank you..and have a nice day!

Kamil Anwar :

You're Welcome :) Take Care & Have a great day.
