Resolved Question:

Downloaded Print Shop Professional 3.5 from borderbund.com to a new HP Pavillion 15 Sleekbook.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled for the 3rd and last time available.
When I click the icon on my desktop nothing happens.
I have gone to the "trouble shooting compatibility" and is says can not read data base but borderbund says that it is compatible with windows 8.
