Well, I have continuously tried to receive help on this matter from a profoundly unavailable corporate entity. I paid for the video pro account in April and bought enough space to enable me to upload several hours of material. Unfortunately I am unable to access the site although I paid for it!
I uploaded ten films distributed in six portfolios ave never seen the since the first week that they were posted.

Yes I have received an e-mail from vimeo saying re-set my password. But the only account that vimeo acknowledges of mine is a long gone account set up two years ago which I have never used! Re-setting my password XXXXX not help ME.
Ok, so you are saying that the videos are under the .net account. I believe Vimeo requires your to verify your email address when you sign up, though.

Yes they never answered my requests for information regarding the account that was set up using my AMEX card last April.

I am not able to find anything that can help. I can, however, attempt to contact Vimeo for you. However, they may not speak to me as I am not the account holder.
PLease give me a telephone number or address for vimeo as their e-mail response has been consistently insufficent.
I can also call Amex and demand service from them.
Amex should definitely be able to help as they have excellent customer service.
