I have XP on my computer. I have my E-mail with Google. My address [email protected] My E-mail is extremely slow. Most of the time I get a pop-pop saying that the program is non-responsive. It has a "wait" button and a "close" button. When I hit either one, I get another screen that says "snap" and "reload" What can I do to correct this situation?

Yes, Internet Explorer

Please try reset your browser by doing the following:

From Internet Explorer click on Tools at the top. On the drop down click on "Internet Options".

A box will appear, click on the Advanced tab. Then click on the Reset box.

Do not place a check box in the delete personal data box. Click on the Reset button.

The browser will reset and prompt you to close out and re-open.
