how do I get into my computer when it comes up with user profile cannot be loaded?

Boot into Safe Mode:
Reboot the computer, and keep tapping the F8 key immediately when the computer starts, and before you see the Windows Logo. You will see a black recovery console. Select Safe Mode from the menu.

Are you able to get into safe mode? Please let me know so I can explain the next step to fix this.

yes I got into the safe mode and now it came up with icons and a box saying windows help and support

Very good! Now we will fix the problem:

Click Start, and go to Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools
Click System Restore
Follow the prompts to restore your system to a date when your'e certain it was working properly.

After you reboot, your system will be just as it was at the date you selected, and the problem will be gone.
