The https should be setup to redirect in the website script. SSL is enabled and installed. I have done the correct entries in the .htaccess file.

Did you make any changes to DNS?

Your DNS needs to be with the hosting provider which is randhost.

The website is not working because we do not have the nameservers setup.

The website is hosted at RandHost but there are no name servers for RandHost.

Can you setup the nameservers randhost provided you when you bought the hosting account?

This seems to be an issue with your personal DNS, or a firewall where The server is hosted (has blocked you), OR the IP is not dedicated and there is an issue with the server.

BUT all my tests are successful.

I checked it on 4 computers, and 3 (websites online). It is working.

It seems like there is some other problem with your system, or connection because your website is working.

 

Are you connected to a VPN ?

 

I would advise you try it on a different computer that has a direct connection to the internet.
