Hello Lynn! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.I'm sorry about the issue. You can get any monitor or computer power cable in your local computer store, or online at the website below:http://www.amazon.com/C2G-Cables-03134-Universal-IEC320C13/dp/B00005113L/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1380073244&sr=8-1&keywords=monitor+power+cablePlease let me know if you have any further question. Thank you
The cables at Amazon online have many different features. The Ultrascan monitor powers two different computers at the same time so it requires a cable with the following specifications:
2.0 - 1 AMany cables support 100-240V. How do I determine which cables support 50-60Hz and 2.0-1.0 A ?
Monitor / computer power cables are standard; any should work. I have used and switched power cables on many monitors and computers and they work fine. Have you tried with any monitor or computer power cable?
Edit: Let me know if you still need help with this. Thank you,
