Hi - Trevor here.


 


Windows 7 professional - I have a our company IT department that would normally support me but it is Sunday. The Toshiba is only 3 months old & I understand it is all the latest software.


I have managed to access now via pressing F7 after restarting. It has conducted dsk checks etc and appears to now be now have advance to Windows start up.


I pushed Cntrl Alt Del to then move to the sign in screen. It hung for extended period and now appears to be ok.


 


I will now back up entire computer and try to use it.

What I was going to suggest was a system restore of your PC.

Which you would do in Safe Mode. Once you boot into safe mode you click on the windows logo start button and type in system restore in the search box. The wizard appears and you restore to before the issue occurred.

If it happens again do the restore to correct the issue.
