This is not your computer's problem. This printmaster is not really compatible with Windows 8.
On the Vista operating system on the old computer I used Print Master Platinum v6.
They have an other program named Printmaster 2012 which have Windows 8 compatibility .
I am surprised that Printmaster didn't tell me that when I called and asked about the old program being compatible with Windows 8. They were the ones that told me about PM v6 Platinum and that it should work.
Yes. This new Printmaster V6 have compatibility with Windows 8
I checked their site.
Then why can't we make it work? Am I missing some programs on my computer that might help?
