it seems as though I have been passed to 9 different tech specialists this point: John T.F; Michelle; Robert M; Jason; Kahal (?); Martin; Michelle; Jason; and now someone else. Should we just call it quits, as it is now midnight here in Boston. Maybe I will try next week if I cant figure it out from someone else. Thanks.

The problem getting the photos to download from the camera card was never addressed, right? I just had this problem tonight.

The problem was fixed, I remoted in again for free apparently and verified that the problem was indeed fixed.

Here are the instructions that you followed and were able to get it working within iPhoto.

1) iPhoto opened
2) Click image, click Edit > Select all
3) File > Export
4) Click the export button
5) Choose the folder
6) Click Ok


1) Open Lightroom
2) Click File > Import
3) Choose the images to import
4) Click Ok




Here are the instructions if you wish to import them directly into Lightroom:
1) Open Lightroom
2) Plug your card reader into the computer
3) In the top menu bar, click File > Import
4) Click the Hard drive icon on the top left and choose the card reader (noname)
5) Choose the pictures
6) Click Ok
