Resolved Question:

I have been locked out of my computer Satellite L755. user profile service failed user profile cannot be loaded It ask for a disk to be loaded, I do not have one, What can I do? Lee xxxx

Then it is not repairable, so we will solve it this way.

Repeat the F8 instructions and choose

Safe Mode with Command prompt

You will get to a screen where you can type.

It came up the start window Now it said that it is preparing my desktop

ok, now restart the computer, as if it says it is preparing your desktop the corruption may be fixed.

Still has user profile can not load

ok, go back to the screen where you can type. My initial instructions

When there, type in

sfc /scannow

press enter and let it complete.

Then type in

chkdsk /r

Press enter and it will say the Volume is in use, say YES and restart the computer

Tell me if it still displays the error please Lee

I still can not log on

ok, we need to make a new account then as this one cannot be repaired.

Turn off the computer, then turn it on and keep tapping F8 until you see a menu.

Choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

This will take you to a place you can type.

When you are there, please let me know, and the name of the account and password XXXXX want to use for this new account please.

If I could I would like to NOT have a pasword at all

You need one sorry Lee, else it does not accept the command

I did not see the Username, so will assume Lee

Type in

net user /add Lee password

Press enter, then restart the computer

You will see Lee as a user, click it and log on with password.

you can then use the computer with this new account.

ok, I will repeat it below using ^ in the spot where spaces should be, as you missed one.

So replace ^ with a space when you type it Lee

net^user^/add^Lee^password

You have A space between them

Remember, in my example, replace the ^ with a Space
