Laptop. Also, I cannot scroll by word when I use 'control' and a left or right arrow key.

Please hold down the Fn key on the bottom left - this will allow you to use the Function keys.

There should an Fn key on the bottom of the keybord, next to the Ctrl key.

Yes, now I see it. But holding it down does not make the function keys work, F7, for example.

To spell check. And for editing, I need to use 'control' and an arrow key to move quickly from word to word. I do medical transcription.

The cursor does not move at all. This all used to work just fine but I must have hit a key I wasn't supposed to. I have tried to system restore and that did not work. Very frustrating.

I opened it and it contains a whole bunch of files. What do I do?
