Thanks for your Question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I look forward to assisting you.

Did you purchase your music from the Zune Market place?

Or added it yourself?

Thank you

I added it myself from different sources over the last several years

Richard,

I have the Zune, but I'm not on the computer that the music was on. However, we searched for the music on that computer and couldn't find it. I was told that the Zune itself is a hard drive and if it is retrievable at all, it would be on the Zune. Yes or no?

Yes, the music should also be on the Zune.

You connect the Zune to the computer.

Click Start, Computer, and you will see the Zune listed in the new window under computer.

Click on it and if the music is on it, you will see it there.

Let me know the results please

Thank you

Richie,

I see the Zune, but there are several places to search. It's under devices and printers. When I click on it I get hardware and something else on top. In hardware it tells me to right click on the Zune itself and from there I get several options including driver and details. In details there is a list of stuff I'm not familiar with. Do you want me to sign you on?

Your in the wrong area, you need to click Start, Computer and you will see it there Bob.

But I can sign on and show you.
