I am getting video pop-ups continuously that stops my computer

Resolved Question:

I am getting video pop-ups continuously that stops my computer from working and sometimes I am unable to x out of them,there is no way I can stop them. Other times in order to get rid of them, I have shut my computer down entirely. I have a Dell laptop.
