Can you please Open Internet Explorer
Click on the wheel at the top right hand corner
Click on Internet Options
Click on the Advanced Tab
Click on the reset button
Please select Delete personal settings but make sure you read the description and if you're ok then selection this option. (it's recommended to select this option to clear all settings)
Close Internet Explorer and test again
