first of all richard...I am bEYOND upset! Customer for 20+ years...no way to get in touch with yahoo by phone...on your site when it asked me to put in my password...WHICH IS CORRECT...you guys said it was inaccurate and so I could not get my phone number and e-mail to you and furthermore...it looks now like my yahoo is being reconfigured...for the past 45 minutes.......and it is NOT the right site...all my folders are missing...unnnnnn nggghhhhh!!!!! I sent you my question up top. This site is the place I was referred to when I tried to find a way to talk to yahoo about my problem. They gave me your site. I do not know why. I paid 38 to have you help me and you only keep saying I am avoiding you...my original question is up top and refers to believing I am in a false yahoo site with my e-mail. Your site kept asking for my e-mail address and password XXXXX it would not accept my password XXXXX so you never got my e-mail address. It is not currently accesible as it seems to be in the process of configuration. My e-mail is [email protected]. My password XXXXX XXXXX* but your site keeps saying it is inaccurate.
WHYYYYY do you keep asking me that? I just paid $38 for help with my original problem and no one is helping me. The problem is that I cannot get into my yahoo account and believe it is a phishing site.
