yes, you are right. It not allows to access admin panel also. Can you please give me the hosting cpanel and ftp login details ? I need to check some php files on your server.

Is this happened after joomla update or after installing some plugins ?

Not sure about the update. We noticed the site was a mess and tried to update the code ourself.

Hi Michelle, The error occured because of date default time zone function in the date.php file in the Library->joomla->Utilities folder.

I added the code

date_default_timezone_set('America/New_York');

in the start of that php file and it sets the default time zone which removed that warning.
