Have not used Google for some time, hard drive replaced earlier this year. Unfortunately have lost password, use my BTemail address as username but current password XXXXX not woek with this can you help.

Hi Michelle I have used btemail password all along for Google when I could use it prefer to stay with that if poss

so as i understand the problem is with the google account

when you try to sign in to google your username is your btemail

and password is the one you used for your btemail
