Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'll be happy to help you today!
I think there could still be a power setting set up here. Some computers do not do well with this.
Do this for me
Go to the start menu and type "power options" in the search field
Then click "Change plan settings" next to the selected option
Make sure everything here is set to never
after this click "change advanced power options"
Expand hard disk, and then TUrn off hard disk after and make sure this too is set to never
Then scroll down and expand sleep. Make sure both "Sleep after" and "hibernate after" are both set to never.
Click ok and then save changes
See if this helps!
If not let me know
Otherwise please do rate my answer!
