I have Dell XPS One with Windows 7. Windows does not start.

Customer Question

I have Dell XPS One with Windows 7.
Windows does not start.
Eventually, I used Dell DataSafe Local Backup to restore factory settings, but that does not fix the problem.
Any suggestions please?

Hi User,
If your window is not starting up, then there must be some problem with your Operating System(OS). The setup might have been corrupted due to virus or restarting the computer system several times. What you can do is install the window 7 again on your machine without loosing your data. There are lot of options available in the setup. So you can choose any option you want or take help of local technician so he can help you out in this.

During the Dell DataSafe recovery process did you select "Factory Recovery"? or which option did you choose?
