Five beeps on a Dell M5030 during startup indicates a real time clock failure and can be fixed by replacing the CMOS battery. This is a very inexpensive fix, but you may want to bring it in to a repair shop if you are not familiar with replacing the CMOS battery, as this repair requires removing the keyboard and palm rest on the machine.
The cost of the battery is less than $10 and the cost of repair shouldn't be much more than that.
