On Aug. 14th I purchased a Webroot renewal, receipt #L000035469622, but have not been able to update the system. My last purchase was in 2009 and I have dial up not high speed. I would like a credit to my credit purchase. Thank you.

Hello and welcome. You will need to contact Webroot so that they can issue you a refund to your credit card. In order to do so please use this form and put in your Invoice number and then amount requested for the refund.
