If you wish to transfer picture from SkyDrive to your computer

Nalosin :

you have to open the SkyDrive folder, then check-mark all pictures you want to transfer

Nalosin :

then right-click on them and select Download

Nalosin :

they will be downloaded to your computer

Customer :

You cannot checkmark pics in skydrive. Also, I want them to download to my picture files in the folders they are in.

Do you use Internet Explorer to access SkyDrive?

Customer :

No. Do not know how. I access my SkyDrive through my e-mail. A friend set it up.

Customer :

I need specific steps. Obviously, I am not much on computers.

Ok. If you open Internet Explorer and type this webpage address in address bar:

then login with your hotmail account

you will see all your folders there

Customer :

Folders are all empty.

then where are all of your pictures?

Customer :

I can access them through the album a friend set up in my e-mail. They are on skydrive.

Can you click on Photos to the left of SkyDrive page

and check if your photos are there

No. They are not.

They are all there in my e-mail when I go into my skydrive account.

Can you please explain the procedure from start how are you accessing the photos?

Click on my e-mail with albums. Enter PW on next screen. Select which set of files. Files are there.

yes. Then I select the files (There are two sets). It goes there and I type in PW

Windows LIve, Hotmail, top of page etc. underneath is windows live users skydrive, picutres, etc. To left is pics, docs, etc.

It is on a different page. One page has pictures of files containing numerous photos. The side headings are the same.

If you click on file pic, it opens with those particular photos.

I just tried to copy this page link again and it will not let me copy it.
