hi , i recently noticed that you rated my service "bad service", i dont understand how you came to this conclusion when i asked you to do something and you did not reply with the results, A bad service rating reflects badly on my feedback and it does not allow me to get paid, If i gave bad service then thats one thing but in this case you did not reply to the troubleshoot , If you would like to resolve your issue im still available but as far as the bad service rating i ask if you can reconsider your view
