R.J. Poirier :

Okay, are you only syncing form the phone to Outlook and back?

Customer :

it is sync automatically.

R.J. Poirier :

What version of Outlook are you using?

Customer :

I deleted the duplicated appt in my samsung but it comes back again

R.J. Poirier :

So the duplicates come back when you connect the phone to you computer and they sync again

R.J. Poirier :

Does the phone sync through the Samsung software?

Customer :

the phone is wireless and I don;t connect with the usb

Customer :

yes

R.J. Poirier :

R.J. Poirier :

Please give me a minute or two

Customer :

yes . I was checking my contact list and it continues duplicating

R.J. Poirier :

Have you tried turning off the syncing

R.J. Poirier :

Then connect it manually via usb cable to your computer and try syncing

Customer :

no. okay

Customer :

Do I have to remove all the duplicates before I manually sync.

R.J. Poirier :

I would

Customer :

What do you think is happening ?

R.J. Poirier :

It sounds like Outlook is seeing the current contacts and importing everything again.

Customer :

Is there something wrong with outlook or samsung ?

R.J. Poirier :

I believe the issue would be with Outlook

R.J. Poirier :

Let me know when you have tried the manual sync

Customer :

What do you recommend ? Should I talked to Microsoft about outlook ?
