When i try to VPN into work everything works fine except when

When i try to VPN into work everything works fine except when I try to look at an X-ray image i get an error that says "Your display is configured for 65536 colors. This mode is unsupported. Use 24 or 32 bit color mode." As far as i can tell my computer at home is set to 32 bit color mode.

 



Already Tried:
Went into display settings and made sure it was on 32 bit mode. Work computer is running Windows Xp. Computer at home is Windows 7

Citrix?

Customer : Cisco anyconnect

Alright are you just using the client or do you have the management console?

Also are you aware of if it's connecting back through RDP?

Customer : Just using client I think. Not sure about rdp
