I'm having trouble opening any live stream web cams on camfrog chat line and some have said mines not opening either but it shows that mine is open my side i have tried to find out where the problems is but there is not much on opening others cam only my cam so now iam looking on the net to see if there is a way to fix my problem i was getting all vidieos working then lost it all

Hello,My name is David.The issue could be related to memory errors in your network devices so first I would like to rule that out as a possibility. So first power down the modem that provides your Internet access and wait three minutes then power it up again. Then power down the router if you have one and wait three minutes then power it up again. Then reboot the computer and test to see if the issue is resolved. If not resolved following the procedure above, a System Restore may resolve the issue if the problem occurred due to a configuration change (accidental or otherwise). To perform a System Restore click the Windows Start button then All Programs, then Accessories then System Tools then System Restore. Click Next and then click a restore point dated prior to when the issue first occurred and click Next. Confirm the System Restore and the restore will be applied and the computer will reboot. Then retest to see if the issue is resolved.Note that System Restore is reversible and does not impact your personal files.
well i'm not happy as i still have the problem and i payed fair enough but i didnt ask to have any money taken out each month for your service more so if i'm not asking for any advice if i was asking for a fair bit advice then yes as i cant see my self asking each week so i like to be taken off that and your service wasn't really what i had in mind
I will ask customer service to address the subscription issue for you.Another possible solution would be to disable the firewall component of your antivirus software as that may also block the video and audio streams. You can test this by momentarily disabling your antivirus software and then testing camfrog.If the issue is still not resolved click the Windows Start button then click Control Panel, Windows Firewall then click Turn Windows Firewall On or Off and turn it off. Then test to see if the audio and video streams start working.If still not resolved please let me know the results before rating the answer and I will continue to assist with other potential solutions.
