If it comes back with "email not found", then, put in your magicjack phone number instead (i believe it's just the number, no dashes or other punctuation). Enter the phone number in the top box, and then click FORGOT PASSWORD? again. One of these two methods using email or phone number should work for you to get the password XXXXX your account. You can then login and make necessary changes to your account.
