I am trying to download my pictures it says I have 33 photos but when trying to transfer it says no file exists???

Thanks. Which program are you using to transfer? If you'd like, we can try doing a remote session to get the pictures transferred from the camera to your computer.
I did get some of the pictures to transfer but not the ones I needed.... Would appreciate any help...

Sorry you are having issues. Is there something I can do to assist further? You can try the built in Photo application. There is a video demo of how to use it here, maybe you'll have better luck with it. Thanks again!
