Now, if this is a new system it may already have this installed and the disks are for back up. If you power up and windows loads, then it obviously is already installed.

Please understand that it is impossible for me to have given you any more information in the beginning without any input from you. Just letting me know what you wanted to install and asking what order to install them is all I had to work with.
