In your opinion, which is more superior? AMD or INTEL? give me sites/articles that would support your position. thanks!
Greetings,Thank you for your question and your time today. My name is Jason and I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve your problem. If you are looking only for speed (the fastest CPU), then your choice will be Intel.
Intel is far superior, in terms of speed and reliablity; however, it is also superior in terms of cost.
why do you say that they're superior?
Oh, I thought you were asking if I thought so.
I say they are superior because they are a lot faster than AMD CPUs.
is the 3.2ghz quad core of intel the same as an AMD 3.2ghz quad core?
Do you have any other requirements for the CPU?
Do you have the CPU's name?
nope. Am just asking how they
In short, yes it is faster than AMD's.
why is it faster if they have the same GHz?
and both quad core
Just the frequency alone, does not give the full picture of the speed of the CPU.
could you go in details?
Some models of CPU have hardware built in functions, codes, etc that make them faster.
If you give me the model names of two CPUs, I can go into detail.
Do you have a price range, in which you are looking for?
it's the processor only. :)
amd vs intel.
why is intel superior than amd? i agree with the cost.
Intel is a lot faster, but with that being said, I personally run my work computer with an AMD CPU.
I chose AMD because I could not justify paying so MUCH more for an Intel chip.
If I had a lot more money, that may have swayed my opinion.
so how do you say that intel is superior? so it's the price that tells it's superior?
It is superior because it is a lot faster.
The reason that the cost is higher is because they are faster.
define faster in details. what makes it faster?
do they have a special part that makes it faster?
Example: I am using an AMD Phenom II (6 cores) @ 3.2GHZ. But a lower frequency Intel i7 would still blow my machine away.
The special part is the CPU.
am talking about the CPU.
intel cpu vs amd cpu. what's the difference? cost and it's speed?
Yes, that is what we have been discussing.
because am not contented with "it's faster"
but.. thank you, btw.
AMD runs at a colder temperature.
Intel is better for high end graphics and what not.
